    Abstract: 본발명은인조가죽원단에흡착제를도포하여휘발성유기화합물(VOC)를포함하는유해물질과반응시키고, 반응을거친인조가죽원단을침지후 수세및 건조처리함으로써, 인조가죽에함유되어있는휘발성유기화합물및 그에기인한냄새를제거하기위한방법및 이에의해제조된인조가죽에관한것이다. 본발명에따른인조가죽의냄새제거방법은흡착제도포와반응공정에의한휘발성유기화합물의고정을통한휘발방지또는휘발량저감이가능하게된다. 또한인조가죽원단과흡착제가반응한후 인조가죽원단을수세처리하여, 원단표면에고정되어있는휘발성유기화합물을인조가죽으로부터실질적으로제거하는것이가능하여, 완성품에함유된휘발성유기화합물의양을획기적으로줄일수 있다.

    Abstract: A car seat cover comprising a mesh cloth laminated with a perforated polyurethane coating, and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to improve the shape of the car seat cover and to smooth the flow of the air through a mesh cloth layer by the perforated polyurethane coating layer and to produce the seat cover in a slim design of various patterns by excluding an inner core or sponge foam.
