Abstract: A locking device for a folding headrest of a vehicle is provided to secure wide rear view angle of a driver by smooth folding and locking of a headrest, and improve the workability of the headrest. A locking device for a folding headrest of a vehicle includes a fixing bracket(200) fixed to a headrest housing(600) and formed with fixing grooves(210) for a stay(700), a latch piece(300) hinge-coupled with the fixing bracket and formed with a latch groove(310) for locking the stay, a rotation piece(400) hinge-coupled with the fixing bracket and elastically connected to the latch piece for the releasing of the stay, a button unit(100) mounted to the housing and having an elastically supported button(110), and a link unit connected to the button and held by the rotation piece for rotating the rotation piece in response to the pushing of the button.
