Abstract:
An insulated hose for a high voltage paint application apparatus comprising an inner hose containing a fluid or paint charged at a high voltage. The inner hose 1 is arranged inside at least one second insulating layer 2. A system for applying paint or other fluid materials at a high voltage is also described.
Abstract:
An insulation cover for a high voltage paint dosing apparatus, the apparatus comprising a docking head arranged to receive at least one dosing cylinder filled with paint for dosing to an applicator or gun. The docking head is arranged substantially- surrounded by the insulation cover and whereby the external surface of the insulation cover is partly covered by aconductive or non-insulating layer (3). A system comprising the paint dosing apparatus with the insulation cover is also described.
Abstract:
One aspect of the invention concerns a dosing device for a program controlled spray painting apparatus adapted for dosing electrically conductive fluid materials to a spray gun/applicator. The spray gun may be charged at a high voltage for electrostatically charged atomizing of electrically conductive fluid materials. Another aspect of the invention concerns a coating system including the dosing device, which is moved by an actuator between a connecting member for a paint filling line or a cleaning fluid supply line, and a spray gun. A method and a computer program for carrying out the method are is described.
