Abstract:
Water (5), gas (6) and hydrocarbons exploited with difficulty (residues), are first separated on the sea (10) bed from the fluid (4) produced. The remaining, exploitable light crude (2L) is transported to the shore, for further processing. Preferred Features: From the recovered fluid, water, gas, asphaltene (9) and bituminous substances (9A) are separated on the sea bed. Water and these residues are re-injected back into the reservoir. Water is centrifuged- or cycloned-out from the recovered fluid. To separate the high-boiling residues, fluid temperature is reduced down to the point of their solidification, and they are removed. Following precipitation, the light crude and exploitable hydrocarbon compounds it contains, are sent onshore for further processing.
Abstract:
The method involves supplying measurements of the running process in the technical plant to a data processing arrangement, and preparing a coarse model based on the plant structure, including placement and specification of the measuring sensors. A model fine tuning is controlled remotely by the model selection- and optimization module which is connected over a proxy-/adapter module with the standard process data validation tool. The method involves using a data processing arrangement which includes a component model library for all components in the technical plant, such as turbines or heat swappers, a data memory for confidences of available measuring sensors, a standard process data validation tool, and a model selection- and optimization module.
Abstract:
The system has a detection module (10), which conveys process variables as measured values to a preprocessing module (20). The preprocessing module filters useless measured values from the detected measured values. A compensation unit (32) compensates the preprocessed measured values based on preset reference conditions. An evaluation unit (36) determines and evaluates a degradation index from deviations between actual parameters and target parameters. The evaluation unit automatically transfers a message to an output unit (40). An independent claim is also included for a method for monitoring condition and detecting operation deterioration and failures in a compressing and rotating machine.
