    Abstract: In an exemplary method for reconstituting a nutritional powder into a nutritional liquid, a container is provided with a hermetically enclosed chamber retaining a predetermined amount of the nutritional powder. At least one inlet aperture (32) is produced in the container, the at least one inlet aperture being in fluid communication with the chamber. A first volume of pre-treating fluid is introduced through the at least one inlet aperture into the chamber to pre-treat the nutritional powder. An outlet aperture (34) is produced in the container, the outlet aperture being in fluid communication with the chamber. A second volume of reconstituting fluid is introduced through the at least one inlet aperture into the chamber, and the pre-treating fluid, the reconstituting fluid, and the nutritional powder form the nutritional liquid. The nutritional liquid is expelled through the outlet aperture.
