Abstract:
The oxime ester compound of the present invention is represented by general formula (I) below and useful as a photopolymerization initiator. The photopolymerization initiator comprising the oxime ester compound of the present invention as an active constituent has high sensitivity and causes no concern about coloration of the resultant polymerized material or contamination of the polymerized material or apparatuses. (In the formula, X represents a halogen atom or an alkyl group. R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 each independently represent R, OR, COR, SR, CONRR', or CN, wherein R and R' each represent an alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, or a heterocyclic group; these groups may be substituted with (a) halogen atom(s) and/or (a) heterocyclic group(s); the alkylene moiety in the alkyl or aralkyl group may be interrupted by (an) unsaturated bond(s), (an) ether bond(s), (a) thioether bond(s), or (an) ester bond(s); and R and R' may bond together to form a ring. Y 1 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or a selenium atom; A represents a heterocyclic group; m represents an integer of 0 to 4; p represents an integer of 0 to 5; and q represents 0 or 1.)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent composition having excellent safety, low odor, high dissolving power to various organic materials and excellent affinity to various substrates. SOLUTION: The solvent composition contains (a) a tetralin compound expressed by general formula (I) and (b) a polyether compound expressed by general formula (II). In the general formula (I), x is an integer of 0-4; y is an integer of 0-8; R 1 and R 2 are each independently a 1-10C alkyl or alkoxy or 2-10C alkenyl or alkenyloxy group which may be substituted with halogen atoms; when there are multiple R 1 or R 2 groups, these groups may be the same or different. In the general formula (II), m is 1-10; p is 0, 1 or 3; Prop is 1,2-propylene group; R 3 and R 4 are each independently a 1-10C alkyl; when m is ≥2, the methyl substitution site of the multiple 1,2-propylene groups expressed by Prop may be random.
