Abstract:
An online manual capable of efficiently identifying a trouble cause and not requiring trouble for updating. A service engineer (SE) connects an SE terminal to a service support system (1) and transmits a trouble event caused in a device to be repaired. In a judgement route data storage section (16), judgement materials for identifying a symptom cause are stored in the descending order of the goodness of fit. A data extraction section (20) extracts the judgement material in that order and represents it to the SE terminal. When the SE selects a judgement material matched with the state of the device to be repaired, the data extraction section (20) extracts a countermeasure action content corresponding to the judgement material from the countermeasure action data storage section (11), an action data storage section (12), and a content storage section (13) and displays it on the SE terminal.
Abstract:
A linearizing correction unit (104) carries out a linearizing correction process on the output of an image sensor (8) based upon linearizing correction data stored in a linearizing correction data holding unit (102), and a light-irregularity correction unit (108) carries out a light-irregularity correction process on the image sensor output that has been subjected to the linearizing correction process based upon light-irregularity correction data stored in a light-irregularity correction data holding unit (106). A refection factor calculation unit (110) calculates an integral value of the in-plane reflection factor of a test piece by using the output that has been subjected to the linearizing correction and light-irregularity correction with respect to pixel outputs of the image sensor (8) obtained when the test piece having in-plane density irregularities is measured. A quantifying unit (114) applies calibration curve data of a calibration-curve-data holding unit (112) to the integrated reflection factor obtained by the reflection factor calculation unit so that a sample density of the test piece is calculated.
Abstract:
A maker of a measuring device (1) provides, on a client support system, a WWW server (24) for providing the operation manual of the measuring device (1) in an HTML format, and an ordered article control server (27) for performing a supply control on the expendables of a measuring device (1). The measuring device (1) has a browsing function, and a monitor unit (12) monitors the status of a control unit (11) to display a proper page in the operation manual on a monitor (14a) by requesting a transfer of a URL to the WWW server (24) according to the status of the control unit (11) at that time. Ordering of expendables is possible by means of an ordering screen incorporated in the operation manual.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to weigh food, and make it possible to obtain a quantitative value indicating an influence on a human body with desired precision using a measured value.SOLUTION: A calculation system 1 comprises: a weighing unit 3 that, using the inclination of a mobile apparatus in a state of not being loaded by an object to be weighed including food and the inclination of the mobile apparatus in a state of being loaded by the object to be weighed which are detected by an inclination sensor 2 provided in the mobile apparatus, calculates the weight of the object to be weighed; and a quantitative value calculation unit 5 that generates a value obtained by quantifying an influence of the food on the body of a person who has eaten the food using the weight of the object to be weighed calculated by the weighing unit 3.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system capable of remotely monitoring a situation of a monitoring object device to detect an advanced sign of abnormality. SOLUTION: A host computer (100) of a manufacturer/dealer of a clinical inspection device (200) receives status data of each component from component sensors (203a, 203b, ...) of the clinical inspection device (200) of a user and detects the advanced sign of abnormality by comparing the received status data with a predictive condition stored in a condition storing part (104) in a status monitoring part (105). The predictive condition includes a condition generated based on the life span data of each component and the condition generated based on the transition of the status data before the abnormality occurrence time when the abnormality occurs. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal recording system for totaling an ingestion energy value and a nutrition balance circumstance by registering meal recording as record data, wherein a mental labor for continuing recording is reduced and the secondary utilization of information is expected by achieving detailed recording. SOLUTION: This meal recording system includes a display device and display registration means for displaying a prescribed registration screen including a meal content registration screen in the display device. Screen display is controlled by the display registration means so that not food materials but food information after cooking is registered in the meal recording to be registered on the metal content registration screen. This system may be provided with a mode for enabling a user to do exercises in order to input food discrimination and food material discrimination from the food information after cooking.
