Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media for prioritizing data transmissions. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, in accordance with a determination that a first condition to enter a prioritized transmission phase is satisfied, a device prioritizes, based on a first priority rule, data transmissions from a terminal device to a network device and associated with a service. In accordance with a determination that a second condition to leave the prioritized transmission phase is satisfied, the device ceases prioritizing the data transmissions associated with the service.

Abstract: Techniques are described for improving service continuity for Multicast and Broadcast Services (MBS) communications during handover. Techniques are included for supporting lossless handover and data forwarding during handover for peer-to-multiple (PTM) MBS transmission. Lossless handover may be achieved in part by the user equipment (UE) providing to the target base station an indication of the next packet of the MBS session to be received following an RRC reconfiguration message, and an indication of any MBS packets provided by the source base station prior to the RRC reconfiguration message that were not properly received by the UE. Data forwarding may be performed from the source base station to the target base station if the MBS session was not configured on the target base station prior to the handover. Data forwarding may be omitted if the MBS session was configured on the target base station prior to the handover.

Abstract: Multi-hop configurations in Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) networks are provided for reduced latency. For example, modifications to a backhaul adaptation protocol (BAP) header supports faster data radio bearer (DRB) transmissions. Or, for both signaling radio bearer (SRB) and DRB flows, configuration forwarding may be used to reduce configuration latency wherein a single RRCReconfiguration message is forwarded to intermediate nodes that process the configuration and respond back independently. Alternatively, for both SRB and DRB flows, configuration multi-casting may be used for simultaneous IAB node and backup configurations. Methods are provided for fast activation of backup links in IAB nodes.

The UE encodes traffic for transmission to the further UE, wherein the traffic comprises a payload and a medium access control (MAC) subheader, wherein the MAC subheader indicates whether the payload corresponds to non-routed traffic between the UE and the further UE or routed traffic between either one of the UE or the further UE and a base station, wherein an other one of the UE or the further UE functions as a relay for the routed traffic and transmits the traffic.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, and methods for a C-V2X capable wireless device configured to operate according to a first sidelink mode where communication resources are allocated by a network and a second sidelink mode where communication resources are autonomously allocated by the wireless device. The wireless device detects a change in a coverage scenario associated with the first sidelink mode; performs resource sensing for the second sidelink mode; and based at least in part on detecting the change in the coverage scenario, transmits first communications using the second sidelink mode, wherein resources for transmitting the first communications are allocated based at least in part on the resource sensing.

A wireless device may receive a public warning system indication from a cellular base station during a paging occasion. The public warning system indication may indicate that system information provided by the cellular base station includes a public warning system message. The wireless device may determine whether the public warning system message is a duplicate public warning system message. The wireless device may determine whether to decode the system information including the public warning system message based at least in part on whether the public warning system message is a duplicate public warning system message. The system information including the public warning system message may not be decoded if the public warning system message is determined to be a duplicate public warning system message.
