    Abstract: PURPOSE: To simplify the tablet stamping method, by pushing out a medical mixture containing a polymer binding agent and forming the materials still plastic into solid type medical tablets by a table stamping machine generally used at 25 deg.C. CONSTITUTION: Melted materials are introduced into the die of a tablet stamping machine by a transport member which can be heated and next pressed and cooled in a generally used method. Still plastic and viscous materials with high temperature can also be directly measured and supplied to the die of the tablet stamping machine by a nozzle and a measuring means. Afterward, the press forming is made together with cooling in a generally used method. Just after pushing out, still hot and plastic or viscous materials are pressed and formed into solid type tablets of medical forming substance at 25 deg.C. The medical mixture to be pushed out are mixtures of one kind or plural kinds of pharmaceutics effective substances and one kind or plural kinds of supplementary agent generally used for medical tablets manufacturing. These are one kind or plural kinds of polymer components, become a paste or viscous state by melting or softening, therefore, is possible to be pushed out.
