    Abstract: Working materials are stuck together or coated using an olefin polymer having carboxyl gps, which contains 60-90% by wt. C2H4, 0.5-20% by wt. of an ethylenically unsatd. carboxylic acid 0.5-20% by wt. of an ester of an ethylenicall unsatd. Carboxylic acid and 0.3-5% isobutylene, and the above 4-component copolymer is employed with 0.05-7% by wt. of an organic peroxide R1O-O-R2 or R1-O-O-X-O-O-R where R1 and R2 are H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkaryl or acyl with up to 14C and X is an aliphatic, aromatic, aromatic - aliphatic or aliphatic aromatic radical with up to 14C and peroxide must contain at least 6C.

    Abstract: Lined metal-plastic foil exhibits exceptional tensile shearing strength and consists of 0.005-0.5 mm. thick corrosion-resistant metal foil and 0.02-1.0 mm. thick thermoplastic polymerisate foil. The latter is a quaternary polymerisate containing 60-90 wt.% ethylene, 0.5-20.0 wt.% of an ethylenated unsatd. carboxylic acid, 0.5-20.0 of an ester of the latter, as well as 0.3-5.0 wt. % isobutylene.
