Abstract: Mixt. comprises a bispidine derivs. of formula (I) and a calcium antagonist (II) or their physiologically acceptable salts. Ratio (I):(II) is 1-50:2-1. (R1-R4 are H, F, Cl, OH, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, CF3 or NO2; R5 and R6 are H or Ph). Compsns are used as antiarrhythmic and coronary therapeutic agents. (II) counteract the hypertensive side-effects of (I).
