Abstract: The invention concerns a method of producing medicaments in solid form by mixing and melting at least one pharmacologically acceptable polymer binder, at least one pharmaceutical active substance and optionally conventional pharmaceutical additives in the absence of a solvent to form a plastic mixture, and shaping this mixture to form the desired medicament, the mixing, melting and shaping steps being carried out continuously and separately.
