Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness between a carrier material and a relief layer and to shorten an exposure time required in the case of manufacturing a printing plate body from a printing plate by using an interlayer containing a specified arylglycidyl ether (meth)acrylate in a polymerized state. SOLUTION: This photosensitive and photopolymerizable printing plate suitable for manufacturing a printing plate body is deposited on a dimensional stability carrier with at least one layer of an interlayer and is deposited on this layer with a photosensitive relief-forming layer composed essentially of a mixture of a polymer binder, at least one kind of photopolymerizable ethylenic unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a thermopolymerization inhibitor. Then, at least one layer of the interlayer contains the compound in a polymerized state represented by the formula in which R is an H atom or a 1-10C alkyl group or the like, R is an H atom or a methyl group, X is -C2 H4 -, -(CH2 -CH2 -O)n -C2 H4 or the like and (n) is an integer of 1-8.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for coating a reactor. Said method is characterised in that a metal layer or a metal polymer dispersion layer is deposited on the inner surface of the reactor in a currentless manner by contacting the surfaces to a metal electrolytic solution which contains a reduction means and a halogenated polymer in dispersed form in addition to the metal electrolyte. Said halogenated polymer can optionally be deposited.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for coating apparatuses and apparatus parts for chemical plant construction-which are taken to mean, for example, apparatus, tank and reactor walls, discharge devices, valves, pumps, filters, compressors, centrifuges, columns, dryers, comminution machines, internals, packing elements and mixing elements-wherein a metal layer or a metal/polymer dispersion layer is deposited in an electroless manner on the apparatus(es) or apparatus part(s) to be coated by bringing the parts into contact with a metal electrolyte solution which, in addition to the metal electrolyte, comprises a reducing agent and optionally the polymer or polymer mixture to be deposited in dispersed form, where at least one polymer is halogenated.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for polymerizing or copolymerizing ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of radically decomposing polymerization initiators in a continuously operating polymerization device. Said polymerization device is composed of a fresh gas supply, a pre-compressor, a post-compressor, a reactor, a pressure maintaining valve, of a high-pressure circuit, which is provided with a high-pressure product separator and with a high-pressure circuit gas return, and of a product valve and a low-pressure circuit, which is provided with a low-pressure product separator and with a low-pressure circuit gas return. The inventive method is characterized in that nitrogen monoxide or oxygen is added in a dosed manner as an inhibitor into the high-pressure circuit, into the low-pressure circuit and/or into the pre-compressor.
