Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition curable with a radiation, comprising a cellulose derivative and a polymerizable solvent, continuously expressing deep color impression by curing, capable of adjusting and fixing color tone irrespective of temperatures and producing a color pattern of reflection and useful as a pigment, etc. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal polymer composition is curable with a radiation such as light or electron beam, which comprises (A) a cellulose derivative of which OH is completely or partially substituted with a group of the formula OR (R is a 1-20C aliphatic group or a 1-20C aromatic group), a group of the formula 0-CO-NH-R, a group of the formula O-CO-R or a group of the formula 0-CO-OR e.g. a cellulose derivative of which OH is substituted with a group of the formula [R' is chlorine, methyl, ethyl or tertiary butyl; (n) is 0 3]}, and (B) a polymerizable monomer such as diethylene glycol dimethacrylate, if necessary, (C) other additives.
