Abstract: The process comprises filling a mold with a mixture containing cement, water and expandable styrene polymer granulates and then solidifying by heating at 80-250[deg] C under foaming of styrene polymer granulates. The heating is controlled so that the lightweight concrete has a density of 100-600 kg/m 3>. The heating of the mixture is carried out over a heatable form. The water used to produce the mixture is preheated at 30-90[deg] C.
