The present invention relates to moulding compounds comprising (A) from 29 to 89% by weight of at least one polyarylene ether sulphone, having a mean number of phenolic end groups per chain from 0 to 0.2, (B) from 0.5 to 20% by weight of a thermotropic polymer, (C) from 0.5 to 10% by weight of a polyarylene ether having predominantly OH end groups, (D) from 10 to 70% by weight of at least one fibrous or particulate filler, (E) from 0 to 40% by weight of additive or processing auxiliaries, wherein the sum of the weight fractions gives 100% by weight, based on the thermoplastic moulding compound.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a system (1) comprising at least one extruded or injection moulded part (5) consisting of a moulding mass containing a polymer material, the moulding mass containing at least one filler for reinforcement. The fraction of the reinforcement filler in the moulding mass ranges between 20 and 80 % by weight. The invention also relates to a method for producing a system (1), wherein the moulding mass that contains the reinforcement filler is formed into the part (5) by means of an extrusion method. The invention also relates to the use of said system (1).

Masa de moldeo termoplástica que contiene A) del 10 % al 50 % en peso al menos de un poliarilenéter con en promedio como máximo 0,5 grupos terminales fenólicos por cadena polimérica y sin grupos carboxilo, B) del 5 % al 44,5 % en peso al menos de un poli(sulfuro de fenileno), C) del 10 % al 65 % en peso al menos de una carga en forma de fibras y/o en forma de partículas, D) del 0,5 % al 20 % en peso de un grafito elástico con una elasticidad del 60 % al 130 %, E) del 0 % al 20 % en peso al menos de un poliarilenéter que comprende grupos carboxilo, F) del 0 % al 20 % en peso al menos de un poliarilenéter con en promedio al menos 1,5 grupos terminales fenólicos por cadena polimérica y sin grupos carboxilo, G) del 0 % al 40 % en peso al menos de un aditivo resultando la suma de las proporciones en peso de los componentes A) a G) el 100 % en peso con respecto a la masa moldeada.
