The invention relates to a multi-layer molded body that contains lignocellulose, comprising A) a middle layer or a plurality of middle layers, which contain(s) particles that contain lignocellulose and which can be obtained by using a binder (a), and B) an outer layer or a plurality of outer layers, which contain(s) particles that contain lignocellulose and which can be obtained by using a binder (b), wherein the binder (a) is selected from the group comprising (a1) formaldehyde resins and (a2) an organic isocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups; wherein the binder (b) contains the following components: an aqueous component (I) containing (i) a polymer A, which is constructed from the following monomers: a) 70 to 100 wt % of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid and/or dicarboxylic acid (monomer(s) A1) and b) 0 to 30 wt % of at least one additional ethylenically unsaturated monomer that differs from the monomers A1 (monomer(s) A2), possibly (ii) a low-molecular-weight cross-linking agent having at least two functional groups, which are selected from the group comprising hydroxy, carboxylic acid and derivatives thereof, primary, secondary, and tertiary amine, epoxy, and aldehyde, an organic isocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups as component (II), and possibly a component (III) as an aqueous dispersion containing one or more polymers M, which are constructed from the following monomers: a) 0 to 50 wt % of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer that contains at least one epoxide group and/or at least one hydroxyalkyl group (monomer(s) M1), and b) 50 to 100 wt % of at least one additional ethylenically unsaturated monomer that differs from the monomers M1 (monomer(s) M2), and possibly common additives as component (IV), and wherein at least one middle layer (A) contains expanded plastic particles and possibly at least one outer layer B) contains expanded plastic particles, and the binder (b) possibly contains a formaldehyde scavenger.

Procedimiento para la fabricación de elementos moldeados de combinación de fibras que comprenden (i) una capa de combinación de fibras termo-reticulable en calidad de capa de soporte, y (ii) una capa de combinación de fibras termoplástica en calidad de capa de cubierta en el que la capa de combinación de fibras (i) que comprende un aglutinante termorreticulable en estado no curado y la capa de cubierta termoplástica (ii) se colocan una sobre otra y se llevan a la forma deseada en una prensa de moldeo y se termorreticulan, caracterizado porque la primera área de contacto de la prensa de moldeo que tiene contacto con la capa de soporte presenta una temperatura en el intervalo de 150 a 250 °C y la segunda área de contacto de la prensa de moldeo que se encuentra en contacto con la capa de cubierta presenta una temperatura en el intervalo de 20 a 180 °C, en presentando la primera área de contacto una temperatura más alta en al menos 20 °C que la segunda área de contacto de la prensa de moldeo.

Described is a process of producing a multi-layer lignocellulosic composite comprising one or more lignocellulosic composite layers or a single-layer lignocellulosic composite, wherein a high-frequency electrical field is applied and wherein a binder comprising for hardening the binder via esterification at least one, two or more compounds having two or more hydroxy groups and additionally one, two or more compounds having two or more carboxyl groups is provided or prepared. Furthermore described is a lignocellulosic composite, which is preparable according to that process, a construction product comprising such lignocellulosic composite, the use of such lignocellulosic composite as a building element in a construction product and a binder or binder composition for producing a lignocellulosic composite.
