Abstract: Procedimiento para fabricar una pieza moldeada con al menos una fibra (F), caracterizado porque en una pieza moldeada hecha de espuma que contiene agente expansor se introduce parcialmente al menos una fibra (F) en la espuma que contiene agente expansor, por lo cual la fibra (F) se encuentra con un area de fibra ( FB2) dentro de la pieza moldeada y esta rodeada por la espuma que contiene agente expansor, mientras que un area de fibra (FB1) de la fibra (F) sobresale de un primer lado de la pieza moldeada y un area de fibra (FB3) de la fibra (F) sobresale desde un segundo lado de la pieza moldeada, en cuyo caso la pieza moldeada comprende mas de 1000 fibras (F) por m2 y en el momento de la introduccion parcial de al menos una fibra (F) la espuma que contiene agente expansor de la pieza moldeada todavia contiene al menos 5% en peso de la cantidad de al menos un agente expansor con respecto a la cantidad del al menos un agente expansor que ha sido utilizado para fabricar la espuma que contiene agente expansor, en cuyo caso el al menos un agente expansor de la espuma que contiene agente expansor tiene un punto de ebullicion a presion normal de al menos 20 °C y/o es un agente expansor organico con un peso molecular de al menos 30 g/mol.

Abstract: The invention relates to a molded body made of extruded foam, characterized in that at least one fibre (F) is located with a fibre section (FB2) within the molded body and is enclosed by the extruded foam, while a fibre section (FB1) of the fibre (F) protrudes from a first flank of the molded body and a fibre section (FB3) of the fibre (F) protrudes from a second flank of the molded body and characterized in that the extruded foam is produced using an extrusion method which comprises the following steps: I) providing a polymer melt in an extruder; II) introducing at least one foaming agent into the polymer melt provided in step I), thus obtaining a foamable polymer melt; III) extrusion of the foamable polymer melt obtained in step II) from the extruder through at least one nozzle opening in a region of lower pressure, wherein the foamable polymer melt expands, thus obtaining an expanded foam; and IV) calibrating the expanded foam from step III) in that the expanded foam is passed through a shaping tool, thus obtaining the extruded foam.
