Abstract: Procedimiento para la obtención en continuo de nitritos de alquilo o de dinitritos de alquilo mediante la reacción de un alcanol o de un dialcanol con un nitrito inorgánico en presencia de, al menos, un ácido mineral que no tenga acción oxidante sobre el nitrito, caracterizado porque (i) se mezcla el alcanol o el dialcanol con una solución acuosa del ácido mineral, empleándose, en promedio, una cantidad no mayor que 1,01 moles de equivalentes de ácido por cada mol de grupos hidroxilo del alcanol o del dialcanol, (ii) se aporta en continuo, en una zona de reacción, a la mezcla acuosa, obtenida en (i), una solución acuosa del nitrito inorgánico, y (iii) en caso dado se aísla la fase orgánica.
