    Abstract: A system is described for producing an in-situ PUR foam, consisting of the components • 50 to 98 percent by weight of one or more inorganic fillers A), • 1 to 48 percent by weight of one or more water-soluble, cationic polymers B) • 0.5 to 48 percent by weight of one or more surfactants C) • 0.01 to 5 percent by weight of one or more cross-linkers D) which are reactive with the polymers B), • 0 to 20 percent by weight of one or more additives E), wherein the weight percentages of components A) to E) relate to the non-aqueous proportions and the total of A) to E) is 100 percent by weight. The inventino further relates to a method for producing an in-situ PUR foam using the components of the system and foaming with a gas or a gas mixture, and to a use for thermally insulating and filling-in cavities and hollow articles.
