The invention relates to a polyamide shaped part which can be obtained by anionic polymerization of a lactam containing microcapsules comprising a capsule core of latent heat-storage material and a polymer as the capsule wall. The invention also relates to a method for producing this shaped part and to its use in vehicle construction, for battery housings, for housings for small electronic units, and for systems for keeping food hot.

The present invention relates to microcapsules comprising a capsule core and a capsule wall, obtainable according to a method comprising the radical polymerization of an oil-in-water emulsion comprising the following components: 30 to 90 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers of one or more monomers (monomers I) from the group comprising C1-C24-alkyl esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, and itaconic acid, 10 to 70 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers of one or more ethylenic unsaturated cross-linking agents (monomers II), wherein at least 10 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers I, II, and III is a highly branched polymer cross-linking agent, 0 to 30 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers (monomer III), different from monomer I, and hydrophobic core material, to a method for the production thereof, and to the use thereof.

The present invention relates to a microcapsule comprising a capsule core, which contains a pheromone, and a capsule wall, which contains in polymerized form 30 to 90% by weight of one or more C1-C24-alkyl esters of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and/or maleic acid (monomers I), 10 to 70% by weight of one or more difunctional and/or polyfunctional monomers (monomers II), and 0 to 40% by weight of one or more other monomers (monomer III), in each case based on the total weight of the monomers. The invention further relates to a process for the preparation of said microcapsules; a method for controlling undesired insect infestation; and a composition for controlling undesired insect infestation comprising a pheromone and ethyl 3-methylbutanoate.

The invention relates to an aqueous polymer dispersion containing at least one polyurethane dispersed in an aqueous phase, with at least one uretdione group and at least one solid polyamine with a deactivated surface. The polymer dispersion can be used as an adhesive, a coating agent or a sealant or for producing adhesive, coating or sealing compositions. The compositions can be activated thermally or by electromagnetic radiation.

Disclosed is a use of a polymer solubilizer for increasing the soil mobility of a low-solubility insecticide, the polymer solubilizer being such that the insecticidal active substance in a 1 wt % aqueous solution of the polymer solubilizer at 25°C and 1.01325 bar is at least 40 times more soluble than under the same conditions in pure water, and the weight ratio of active substance : solubilizer being = 1.

The polymer particles are suitable for improving the soil mobility of poorly soluble insecticide(s).

The present invention relates to microcapsules, comprising a capsule core and a capsule wall, wherein the capsule wall is composed of 50 to 90% by weight of one or more C1-C24-alkyl esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid (monomers I), 10 to 50% by weight of one or more polyvinyl monomers (monomers II), and 0 to 30% by weight of one or more monounsaturated, non-ionizable monomers (monomers III), which are different from monomers I, in each case relative to the total weight of the monomers. The invention further relates to a method for the production of said microcapsules, and to the use thereof in binding building materials, textiles and heat transfer fluids.
