Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing molded parts from nanoporous polymer materials, comprising the following steps: a) producing a multiphase polymer mixture having domains in the range between 5 to 200 nm, b) impregnating the polymer mixture with an expanding agent, the solubility of the expanding agent during the phase forming the domains being at least twice as high as in the adjacent phases, c) expanding the multiphase polymer mixture comprising the expanding agent by introducing the polymer mixture into a cavity and expanding it therein, thus obtaining the molded part.
