Abstract: Dispositivo de electrólisis para la obtención de metales alcalinos a partir de una aleación líquida de metal alcalino-metal pesado (6), caracterizado porque comprende - al menos dos tubos (1) unidos entre sí, superpuestos, dispuestos esencialmente de manera horizontal, por medio de tubuladuras de conexión (3), que forman una unidad de electrolisis (2), - dos tubos de electrolito sólido (12) dispuestos en cada uno de los tubos (1), cerrados en un extremo, que presentan en el otro extremo una abertura (11), que conducen iones de metal alcalino, estando dispuestos los tubos de electrolito sólido (12) concéntricamente en el tubo (1) y dirigidos con la abertura (11) respectivamente hacia un extremo del tubo (1) de tal manera que se encuentra un primer intersticio anular (13), para la conducción de una aleación líquida de metal alcalino-metal pesado (6), que forma un ánodo, entre el lado interno del tubo (1) y el lado externo de los tubos de electrolito sólido (12), - una alimentación de la aleación (8) y una descarga de la aleación (9) para la aleación líquida de metal alcalino-metal pesado (6) en cada uno de los tubos (1), que desembocan desde arriba o respectivamente desde abajo en el primer intersticio anular (13) de un tubo (1) que están distanciados horizontalmente entre sí, - un recinto interno (14) cerrado herméticamente con respecto a la alimentación de la aleación (8), con respecto al intersticio anular (13) y con respecto a la descarga de la aleación (9), en cada uno de los tubos (12) para el alojamiento del metal alcalino líquido que puede ser utilizado como cátodo, que está conectado con un descarga del metal alcalino (15) y - respectivamente dos dispositivos de obturación (4), que están dispuestos en los dos extremos de cada tubo (1).

Abstract: The invention relates to a reactor (R) for performing a three-phase reaction of a fluid phase (1) and a gaseous phase (2) on a packed bed catalyst (F), the packed bed catalyst (F) being disposed horizontally in the reactor (R) and the fluid phase (1) and the gaseous phase (2) being fed through the reactor (R) from the bottom to the top, using a mixing and distributing device (MV) across the packed bed catalyst (F), characterized in that the mixing and distributing device (MV) comprises a trough distributor (TV) for the fluid phase (1) having trough-shaped channels (K) and drain tubes (A) in the trough-shaped channels (K) for the fluid phase (1), and a distributor floor (B) disposed below and at a distance from the trough distributor (TV) in which vertical spouts (T) are disposed, having one or more openings (P1) for the inlet of the gaseous phase (2) and one or more openings (P2) disposed below the openings (P1) for the inlet of the gaseous phase, for the inlet of the fluid phase (1) into the spouts (T), and the number and size of the openings (P2) for the inlet of the fluid phase (1) being designed such that the fluid level on the distribution floor (B) is adjusted to be below the openings (P1) for the inlet of the gaseous phase (2) and above the openings (P2) for the inlet of the fluid phase (1) for a prescribed inlet flow of fluid.
