Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for controlling aquatic weeds, which comprises applying a herbicidally effective amount of at least one inhibitor of p- hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) or an agriculturally acceptable salt, ester or amide thereof to aquatic weeds and/or their aqueous habitat containing seeds or other propagating organs of said aquatic weeds.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for controlling aquatic weeds, which comprises applying a herbicidally effective amount of a VLCFA (very-long-chain fatty acid) biosynthesis inhibitor to the water body of aquatic weeds and/or their aqueous habitat containing seeds or other propagating organs of said aquatic weeds.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to aqueous concentrate formulations for plant protection comprising: - 2-chloro-5-[3,6-dihydro-3-methyl-2,6-dioxo-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1-(2H)pyrimidinyl]-4-fluoro-N-[[methyl(1-methylethyl)amino]sulfonyl]benzamide in the form of its anhydrate; - ?/-(phosphonomethyl)glycine in the form of its free acid, in the form of the ammonium salt or a substituted ammonium salt or a mixture thereof; - at least two different non-ionic surfactants with at least one of them comprising an ethylene oxide polymer moiety or an ethylene oxide/C3-C4-alkylene oxide block copolymer moiety, and - water; wherein the pH-value of the formulation is below 6.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel soluble liquid (SL) formulations comprising A) quinclorac ammonium salts of formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, and B) a solvents of formula (IIa) wherein R5 is alkyl; A is alkylene or oxyalkylene; and m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and/or a solvent of formula (IIb): HO-B-OH wherein B is a straight-chain or branched alkylene or alkyleneoxyalkylene or alkylene- oxyalkyleneoxyalkylene.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aqueous composition comprising in the aqueous phase mi¬ crocapsules, which comprise a shell and a core, where the core contains a pesticide; sulfonate; and a codispersant of the formula (I) as defined below. The invention further relates to a method of preparing said composition by synthesizing the microcapsules in the aqueous phase in the presence of the sulfonate and the codispersant. Finally, the invention relates to a method of controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired insect or mite attack and/or for regulating the growth of plants, wherein said composition is allowed to act on the respective pests, their environment or the crop plants to be protected from the respective pest, on the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or on the crop plants and/or on their environ¬ ment; and to seed containing said composition.
