Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a method which overcomes easily a difficulty of a conventional fitting, can cope easily with even an intermediate product having a free form and manufactures a laminated product of the intermediate product swiftly and inexpensively. CONSTITUTION:This method comprises of a process wherein thermoplastic resin 3 is interposed into a part between a base 1 and the skin 2 at least one side of which is comprised of a material having thermal conductivity where they are desirous of sticking at least to each other, a process wherein heat is insulated by covering places other than those corresponding to the places of the base 1 and skin 2, which are going to be stuck onto the base 1 or the skin 2 which is comprised of the material having the thermal conductivity and is on a heating side, furthermore, a process wherein a heat insulation material 4 such as a urethane foam or a melamine foam whose form processing is easy is placed, a process wherein the base 1, skin 2 and heat insulation material 4 among which the thermoplastic resin 3 is interposed are set to a hot press machine 5, which are heated on a heat insulation material 4 side and pressurized as a whole and a process wherein they are taken out of the hot press machine 5, the molten thermoplastic resin 3 is cooled, solidified and the base 1 and skin 2 are stuck to each other.

CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacture of a composite pad material is composed of a process wherein a front decorative material 21 which is cut in a specific shape by applying a hot melt adhesive 23 to at least one side, and a pad material 22 are laminated, a process wherein either of the front decorative material 21 or the pad material 22 is pulled up to keep a specific gap between them, a process wherein a heater is inserted between the front decorative material 21 and the pad material 22 to heat the adhesive 23 and a bonded surface, and a process wherein under a state of superimposing the pad material 22 on the front decorative material 21, they are brought in pressure contact with each other to be bonded.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the title product having excellent buckling properties and causing no problem such as the generation of powder thereof when buckled, by simultaneously using a high-mol. wt. polyol and a low-mol. wt. polyol in a specific ratio therebetween and singly using a tert. amine as a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The objective product is provided by using (A) polyols comprising a high-mol. wt. polyol having a hydroxyl group value of =200 (preferably polyol having a mol. wt. of 200-800) in a weight ratio of 4:6-6:4, (B) an organic polyisocyanate, (C) a catalyst comprising a tert. amine along and (D) a foaming raw material containing a foaming agent. The high-mol. wt. polyol in the component A includes, e.g., the ethylene oxide adduct of propylene glycol. The low-mol. wt. polyol includes, e.g., the ethylene oxide adduct of glycerol.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the feeling excellent and to prevent the sense of existence of particles of a hot-melt adhesive on the occasion of touching from the air- permeable material side and also the appearance of a shade by a ray of light. CONSTITUTION:This laminate is prepared by sticking an air-permeable material 3 on one or both surfaces of a soft polyurethane foam 1 with a powder-form hot-melt adhesive interposed. The air-permeability of the soft polyurethane foam 1 is 50 to 120cm /cm /sec in terms of the amount of passing air by a fragile type tester and the number of cells is 45pcs./25 mm or above. Besides, the particle size of the powder-form hot-melt adhesive is 200mum or above, and below 300mum, and the amount of spread is 10 to 50g/m .

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the manufacturing method of thermoformed laminate, in which non-rigid polyurethane foam and skin material are laminated to each other and thermally compressed into an integral body. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of the thermoformed laminate is characterized by compression-forming non-rigid polyurethane foam 1 and skin material 2, between which thermoplastic resin having the melting point different from the melting points of the foam and of the skin material is interposed under powdered state. Preferably, the thermoplastic resin having different melting point is powdered and mixed and fixed onto the surface on one side of the laminate before forming. Thus, since enough adhesive force is given to the whole surface of the thermocompression mold, peeling of laminate does not occur. Accordingly, troublesome operation such as the conventional local pre-adhesion or the like becomes nil and thermoforming can be performed under the condition that material is cut to the size almost equal to the size of a final product, the high workability and low cost can be embodied.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To get rid of fluctuation of a const. loading set ratio and to obtain a laminated body for an interior material without spoiling gas permeability of a skin material by coating one face of an elastic foamed body with a powder adhesive in an irregular arrangement and being uniformly coated per unit area to form an adhesive layer and laminating a skin material with gas permeability on the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:One face of a foamed body 1 is coated with a powder adhesive in an irregular arrangement being approximately uniform per unit area to form an adhesive layer 2, which is then adhered with a gas permeable skin material such as a leather. When the skin material is a leather, as there exists a foamed body as a backing material, a const. loading set ratio becomes uniform and the adhesive layer 2 does not spoil gas permeability of the leather caused by an irregular arrangement of the powder adhesive and occurrence of wrinkles is less. As the foamed body 1, a polyurethane foam with a cell number of 30/25mm width or more is used and the powder adhesive 2A forming the adhesive layer 2 has a particle diameter of 300-500mum. In addition, when the number of the powder adhesive 2A per 1cm one face of the foamed body 1 is 16-32, adhesive strength with the skin material 3 is sufficient and feeling is good and there exists no occurrence of wrinkle.
