    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a pressure vessel made from resin with a sufficient airtightness and liquid-tightness by forming on its mouth piece an inclined face directed inwards in the radial direction so that the boundary surfaces of both the pressure vessel and the mouth piece come into close an d time contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A pressure vessel 19 made from resin is equipped with mouth pieces 31, 32 which are buried and fixed into the position when it is manufactured. The one mouth piece 31 is provided with a large diameter section 31a and a small diameter section 31b, and also at the boundary position between said both sections 31a, 31b, there is an annular inclined face 31c which directs inwards in the radial direction of the mouth piece 31 and also directs towards the outside of the vessel 19. In addition, the other mouth piece 32 is also provided with annular inclined faces 32c, which direct inwards in the radial direction of the closure 32, on the outward side face in the direction of the axis of respective large diameter sections.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the lamination between a base and an elastic material possible by mechanically joining the elastic material to the surface of the base by a method wherein the elastic material is bent so as to make its mating surface to form an inwardly curved surface in order to make the interval between engaging convexities smaller than that between engaging concavities and, after that, the engaging convexities are fitted into the engaging concavities while abutting the mating surfaces of both the base and the elastic material. CONSTITUTION:Engaging concavities 1 are equipped in the mating surface of a base A, while engaging convexities 2 are equipped in the mating surface 4 of an elastic material B. The interval between the engaging convexities is larger than that between the engaging concavities. First, the elastic material B is placed on an engaging jig C formed concaved 5. Secondly, the tips of the convexities 2 of the elastic material B are pressed by pressing the base A so that the central part of the elastic material B is curved downwards, as a result, the interval between the engaging convexities 2 becomes smaller and the engaging convexities 2 spontaneously engages in the engag ing concavities 1. After that, by releasing the force, which holds the elastic material in bent state, the engaging convexities 2 completely engage in the engaging concavities 1 so as to be able to make both the base A and the elastic material B into an perfect integral body.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of a leg fixture and make it lightweight by producing a pedestal and a pad with hard synthetic resin and integratively forming a soft cylinder body for the pedestal and pad. CONSTITUTION:A metal nut 14 as an equipment fitting section is integratively molded at the shaft center section of a pad 12 made with hard synthetic resin. A soft cylinder body 18 is integratively molded for this pad 12 and a pedestal 28 made with hard synthetic resin. The soft cylinder body 18 has an opening section at its lower end, and a cover material 36 having a small hole 40 is provided on this opening section. The small hole 40 communicates an air chamber 38 in the cylinder body 18 to the outside and gives a resistance force when the air chamber 38 is expansively/shrinkingly deformed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To strongly form a flange with the required frontal shape at the required position in the axial direction of a tube by a method wherein a process to heat the zone, in which the flange is formed, of a thermoplastic synthetic resin tube up to the softening temperature of the tube and a process to swell the tube radially outwards by pressing the tube axially inwards are sequentially combined. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a thermoplastic synthetic resin tube 3 is inserted in a tube inserting space 6. Secondly, a pushing-down block is fixed onto the outer periphery of the tube 3 and at the same time a zone, in which a flange is formed, is heated up to the softening temperature of the tube by a rod heater 4. Thirdly, the pushing- down block is pushed down until a flange 8a abuts against a mold block 1 so as to displace the tube 3 by pushing-down by the same amount as the displacement of the block. The tube 3 swells radially outwards by the volume of the tube corresponding to the amount of the shortening of the distance of the tube. Finally, the pushing-down block is drawn out together with the tube 3 after the cooling and hardening of the portion softened by heating under the above-mentioned position and has the required flat surface and cross-sectional shape with the required dimensions.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:The titled wheel particularly excellent in low-temperature impact resistance, etc., obtained by using a fiber-reinforced resin obtained by mixing a glass fiber having a specified mean diameter with a polyamide 6-based resin as a material for at least a rim part. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforced resin is prepared by mixing 80-40pts.wt. (A) polyamide 6 or polyamide 6-based resin (e.g., a copolymer of polyamide 6 with polyamide 66) with (B) 20-60pts.wt. glass fiber having a mean diameter of 3- 8mu. The resulting fiber-reinforced resin is used as a material for at least a rim part to obtian the purpose fiber-reinforced high-impact polyamide resin wheel. This wheel can be suitably used for automobiles especially in a cold district. It is preferable that the glass fiber used is surface-treated beforehand with a silane coupling agent of good heat stability.

CONSTITUTION:A flame-spraying layer 4, made of a material, which is selected from an inorganic matter, such as metal, ceramic, a glass material, an enamel material, for example, 1 or 2 types of particles, selected from metallic particle containing metallic particle, such as Al, Ti, and an inorganic metallic compound, such as Al2O3, and inorganic metallic compound particle, are formed on a whole portion ranging from a disc 2 to the outer surface of a rim flange 6. This permits improvement of resistance to exfoliation, resistance to chamicals, resistance to weather, and resistance to rust and corrosion.

Besides, a belt auxiliary layer 6 is formed by spiral winding a ribbon-shaped reinforcement layer 6 which is made by rubber-coating plural reinforcement cords 7 extending roughly parallel to each other in a waveform around a part facing, at least, the side part, range of the belt, layers 3a, 3b in an overlapped condition with each other.
