    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus which can measure the performance of a tire correctly and easily. CONSTITUTION:A tractor 10 and a load are coupled each other by a wire rope 14 with a load cell 16. A torque detecting part is set to each wheel thereby to detect a torque added to each tire. A detecting part 33 for detecting the rotating frequency of the tire is set to each wheel to correctly detect the rotation. Moreover, a running distance sensor 58 is provided in the vehicle to measure the length of a drawn thread 60 to detect the correct running distance. Since not only the data of the net tracking force is obtained by the load cell 16, but the torque of each tire can be measured, the performance of each tire set in the actual vehicle can be correctly and easily detected. Moreover, since the rotating frequency of the tire and the running distance of the vehicle can be measured correctly, the correct slipping rate can be detected for each tire.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the inner pressure of a tire and the temperature in the tire by installing sensors connected to the first and second electrodes respectively, on a base seat where the first and second electrodes which cause the axis and the core spring of a valve core to conduct electrically, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In a tire valve where an axis 4 and a core body 5 forming a valve core 3 in a valve stem 2 are electrically insulated, the first electrode 14 which causes the axis 4 to conduct electrically and the second electrode 15 which causes a core spring 16 to conduct electrically are installed on a base seat 13 receiving the lower edge of the cover body 5. Moreover, a sensor S provided with sensor electrodes 17, 18 connected to the first and second electrodes 14, 15 respectively are installed on the base seat 13, and the core spring 16 below the base seat 13 is brought in contact with the valve stem 2. This transmits the electric signals from the sensor electrodes 17, 18, from the first electrode 14 to the axis 4 on one hand and from the second electrode 15 to the valve stem 2 through the core spring 16 on the other hand.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A composition for providing a non-pressure ball having the same physical properties as those of an internal-pressure tennis ball, improved elasticity and resistance to deformation such as ball hardness, etc., obtained by blending rubber consisting essentially of a diene polymer with organic short fibers and a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:Rubber consisting essentially of a diene polymer is blended with organic short fibers and a thermosetting resin.A phenolic resin is used as the thermosetting resin, and it may be blended in a state of raw material substances (a phenol and a substrate to make it into a three-dimensional polymer, preferably resorcin and hexamethylenetetramine). Polyester, wool, etc., are used as the organic short fibers and the short fibers having a ratio of length/diameter of 10-500, preferably 20-300 are blended.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A composition for providing non-pressure ball having the same physical properties as those of an internal-pressure tennis ball and an improved hitting feeling, obtained by blending rubber consisting essentially of a diene polymer with a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:Rubber consisting essentially of a diene polymer is blended with a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin. A styrenic resin containing 60-100wt% styrene content is preferable as the thermoplastic resin. A phenolic resin, especially resorcin, is preferable as the thermosetting resin. The amount of the plastic resin blended is 3-40pts.wt. preferably 5-35pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. rubber and the amount of the thermosetting resin is 0.1-20pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. of the rubber + the thermoplastic resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily measure the composite strength and durability of the side part of a tire by using an actually using car and installing an impact piece at the top edge of an arm which is supported in a turnable manner in a certain direction and prescribing the swing-up angle of the arm. CONSTITUTION:The upper edge of an arm 1 is axially supported, and the arm 1 can be freely turned in a pendulum form laterally. A load applying device 2 is fixed at the top edge of the arm 1, and an impact piece 3 is installed at the side part. A scale 4 for regulating the swing-up angle of the arm 1 is installed. An impact piece 3 which is suitable for the test purpose is selected and installed on the arm 1, and a proper load is placed on the load applying device 2, and the swing-up angle of the arm 1 is adjusted to the angle conforming to the test item, and the arm is dropped in a pendulum form, and allowed to collide with the side part of a tire which is constituted of side rubbers, ply cords, insertion rubbers, etc. The impact piece 3 collides with a supplied tire 5 in the actually installed state on a vehicle, i.e., in the state where the load equal to that in traveling is applied.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize the structure of a vibration damping equipment by enclosing a gas or a fluid, which can be liquidized, in a sealed room and setting installing members on both a contracted-passage-constituting- member-side and a face-plate-side of the equipment, thereby effectively absorbing high frequency microvibration. CONSTITUTION:One sealed room 6 is formed in such a manner that folding parts 1a, 2a of both flexible film bodies 1, 2 face to each other. Inside this sealed room 6, both face plates 4, 5 of the room 6 are connected to each other by means of a cylindrical rigid member 7. In the sealed room 6, air or other gas or water, an antifreezing solution, an electroviscous fluid, a magnetic fluid and a fluid 8, which can be liquidized are enclosed. In addition, installing members 11, 12 are set on the face plate 4 and on a contracted-passage- constituting-member 3. Owing to a sliding guide 13, sliding motion of a rigid member 7 is smoothed, and moreover it is unnecessary to consider the sealing property to the enclosed fluid 8. Therefore, frictional force of the rigid member 7 to the sliding guide 13 can sufficiently be made small.

CONSTITUTION:A shaft 11, consisting of an electric conductor, constitutes the first electric conductor, and a head 12, barrel 13, valve packing receiver 15, spring 17, spring receiver 18 and a valve stem 2, insulated from the first electric conductor by an insulating part 19, constitute the second electric conductor. A sensor 20 is provided in the point end of the shaft 11, and an electrode wire 21 from the sensor 20 is left as brought into contact with an internal surface of the spring receiver 18 by a spring 22. The sensor 20 detects a tire internal pressure and temperature or the like so as to be taken out to the outside as an electric signal through the first and second electric conductors.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily detect the condition of a tire by forming a valve main body comprising a conductor by a plurality of conductors electrically insulated through an insulating portion formed by an insulator, and taking out the condition of the tire to the outside as an electric signal through the respective conductors. CONSTITUTION:A valve main body 1 comprising a conductor is formed by the first and second conductors 1A, 1B electrically insulated through an insulating portion 2 formed by an insulator. A pressure sensor 3 is fixed on the forward end side of the valve main body 1, and both sides of the pressure sensor 3 are respectively connected to the respective conductors 1A, 1B. On the other hand, a cap 4 for the valve main body 1 incorporates an electronic circuit 5, and plural signal lines 6, 7 of the electronic circuit 5 are respectively connected to the respective conductors 1A, 1B. In this arrangement, when the cap 4 is installed on the valve main body 1, the respective conductors 1A, 1B are used as lead wires, whereby a signal from the pressure sensor 3 is received by the electronic circuit 5, and the result is processed and displayed.
