Abstract:
The present invention concerns an apparatus for transmitting localised vibrations, in particular to muscles of a user (215), comprising a handpiece (200), vibrating means (5, 201, 204) being coupled to said at least one handpiece (200), the apparatus being characterised in that the handpiece (200) is coupled through connecting means (222, 223) to an applicator (227) capable to be applied to an area of the body of the user (215), said vibrating means (5, 201, 204) being connected to a processing and controlling device that is housed in a control panel (209) and in turn connected to interface means (210) for inputting data capable to set a vibration frequency of said vibrating means (5, 201, 204).

Abstract:
A vibrating footboard having a base plate and an intermediate plate coupled to each other, by first vibration-damping elements, at least one eccentric mass electric motor coupled to the intermediate plate, and two groups of upper plates capable to support feet of a user coupled to the intermediate plate through second vibration-damping elements. The vibrating footboard allows the user to undergo a neuromuscular stimulation, for both therapy and athletic enhancement.
