Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improved working efficiency, improved dimensional accuracy and improved quality by automatically performing the bending of parts. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a lower die 1 on which a sheet-like substrate 100 is positioned and placed, an upper die 2 which is abutted on the sheet-like substrate on the lower die, an approximately inverse V-shaped bending part which is formed on at least either of the upper or lower die and movable pressing means which are abutted on the bending part. The pressing means have pressing rollers 20, 21 which are abutted on the bending part and the bending part abuts to the pressing surface of the other die or projected from the pressing contact surface, so a bending stage and a pressing stage are performed at the same time by pressing and moving the pressing roller along one surface of the approximately inverse V-shape.

The first bending part and the second bending part clamp the sheet-like part 1 and bend it.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To directly move the focusing lens of the exit optical device for adjustment in an optical axis direction. CONSTITUTION:A lens barrel 26 contg. a collimator lens 25 is fitted an fixed to a base plate 22 and a lens barrel 28 contg. the focusing lens 27 is fitted onto this lens barrel 26 freely oscillatably in the optical axis direction. A stepping motor 30 is fixed to a fixing plate 29 installed behind the base plate 22. A slit plate is mounted at a revolving shaft 31 of the motor 30 and a rectilinearly advancing body 33 is fitted by means of a ball screw to the threaded part 31a of the revolving shaft 31. Driving rods 34, 35 respectively slidingly passing through the base plate 22, a circuit board 24 and the fixing plate 29 are fixed to this rectilinearly advancing body 33 through this body. The front ends of these driving rods 34, 35 are fixed to the lens barrel 28 by interposing springs 36, 37 between the front end of the base plate 22 and the rear end of the lens barrel 28.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the coating amt. of an adhesive constant and to also automatically inspect the omission of the adhesive by providing an adhesive coating starting process, a coating start detecting process and an adhesive coating inferiority detecting process. CONSTITUTION:The emission of in adhesive is continuously performed from a needle 22 only for a first time from coating start timing. After the elapse of the first time or the number of first pulses, the coating of the adhesive is stopped. In parallel to this coating operation, it is continuously monitored whether the output of a fiber sensor 24 is in an ON state during one rotation of a work W. When the adhesive is not emitted by any reason or there are air bubbles, no reflected light returns to the fiber sensor 24 and the output of the fiber sensor 24 becomes an OFF-state. When the output of the fiber sensor 24 is held to an ON-state during one rotation of the work W from the coating start timing, it is judged that the adhesive is uniformly applied to the entire periphery of a part to be coated and the coating of the work W with the adhesive is completed.
