SOLUTION: A rear plate is heated and dried at an element forming temperature of 350 deg.C, moved between processes by changing from high temperature to a vacuum state with a loader.unloader 3, kept in a vacuum with a transfer carriage 8, moved to the next inner surface NEG forming process in the vacuum state, moved to an electron source process while the vacuum is kept, moved to a panel alignment process while gas atmosphere is kept with the loader.unloader 3. Panel alignment is conducted in the gas atmosphere at the room temperature. Then, the panel is heated under the gas atmosphere, evacuated from the middle, and welded for sealing.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board on which metallic wires small in resistance are directly arranged at a short pitch and to provide the manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In this wiring method, plural adhesive stripes S are arranged in line shape on the surface of a board 1, and plural metallic wires 2 constituting metallic electrodes are positioned at the interval almost equal to that of the line-shaped adhesive stripes S at one side of the board 1, then the positioned plural metallic wires 2 are drawn out to the other side of the board 1 simultaneously in a state where they are positioned as they are. Then the adhesive stripes S on the board 1 are brought into contact with the metallic wires 2, and the adhesive stripes S are thermally cured while keeping the contact state with the positioned metallic wires 2, thereby allowing the metallic wires to adhere to the surface of the board 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a color filter by consecutively executing a sectioning stage, a coloring stage and a drying stage. SOLUTION: A glass base plate 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays by an exposure device. By the irradiation of the ultraviolet rays, an ink receptive layer 3 at an irradiated part is changed. The glass base plate 1 is heated by a hot plate. By heating the base plate 1, the part 5 irradiated with the ultraviolt rays is made to react to change organic material to be hydrophobic. Then, the base plate 1 only the black matrix part 2 of which is processed to be hydrophobic is carried to a coloring part. Next, an ink jet head is driven to discharge ink to the base plate 1. The ink gradually infiltrates in the organic material in the next drying stage, so that the picture element of the color filter is obtained. The solvent component of the ink is removed by a heating device and the ink is made to infiltrate in the ink receptive layer 3. Then, the ink receptive layer 3 is hardened by the heating device.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an electric shielding effect by forming a conductor land in response to a chip, thereby increasing the mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:A recess 3 is formed on the surface of a substrate 1, and a semiconductor IC chip 5 is secured by an adhesive 4 in the interior. The prescribed terminal of the chip 5 and the terminal 2 of a circuit on the surface of the substrate 1 are connected via a gold wire 6. The chip 5 and the periphery are sealed with a protecting material 7 made, for example, of epoxy resin. A conductor land 8 is bonded to the position corresponding to the chip 5 on the opposite side to the chip bonding side of the substrate 1. The land 8 is larger than the chip 5 and further the recess 3 in size, and disposed to cover the chip 5 and the recess 3 as seen from a perpendicular direction to the surface of the substrate. Since the land 8 is covered on the recess 3, reinforcing effect can be particularly increased.

SOLUTION: In this system, a panel constructing a flat-panel display is sealed with a substrate so as to be evacuatable by an evacuating tube 12 in the air and then the panel 11 is connected to a vacuum pump 13 through the evacuating tube 12. The evacuating tube 12 is connected being branched for a number of panels evacuated at the same time. A valve may be disposed on the evacuating tube 12. The panel may be housed in a vacuum chamber to be evacuated from outside as well. Furthermore, the vacuum chamber and the other process devices may be evacuated by a common vacuum pump.

Therefore, each element forming region surrounded by matrix wiring before an element film 30 in which an electron emission part is formed for forming an electron emission part has almost equal surface energy by a specified surface treatment.

Next, the base board in the cassette 21 to a robot 30 is centered, and an unprocessed base board is taken out of the cassette 21 by the robot 30 to be transferred to the other end part 72 of a conveyor 70. After carrying this base board to one end part 71 of the conveyor 70, the base board is positioned there to be transferred to a stage 2 of the coloring device 1 by a robot 4. After optically aligning the base board, a prescribed picture element of the base board is colored as a filter by an ink jet head.
