    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate positioning of a wafer by executing position detection of mark having formed a surface layer film using a position detecting offset after formation of the surface layer film in the mark forming area on the wafer. SOLUTION: A wafer is supplied to a stepper ST to detect an alignment mark signal with an alignment scope and a signal information of the alignment mark is sent to an offset analyzer OA from the stepper ST. Subsequently, from the three-dimensional relative positional relationship of the resist obtained previously with an offset analyzer OA and a wafer mark, relationship between the alignment mark signal and the wafer mark position is obtained to calculate the offset in the alignment measurement and it is then sent to the stepper ST. The stepper ST executes the exposure through alignment based on such an offset and thereafter carries the wafer to a developer DV for the purpose of development. The circuits are then formed through several processes and thereby a semiconductor device can be obtained.

SOLUTION: With respect to a liquid crystal panel P2 , a lightproof layer 31 which intercepts illuminating light from a back light device B1 has a rear face 31b made of a member having a high reflection factor (for example, aluminum). Consequently, the attenuation rate for reflection on the rear face 31b of illuminating light from the back light device B1 is reduced, and the use efficiency of illuminating light is improved. As the result, the luminance of the liquid crystal panel P2 is improved, and it is unnecessary to use the back light device B1 having a high luminance, and the power consumption is reduced.

SOLUTION: A casing member 7 is arranged apart a prescribed distance on the rear surface of a liquid crystal panel 1. A display plate 9 having transparent parts to allow the viewing of the display region of the liquid panel 1 is arranged on the front surface of the liquid crystal panel 1. A first elastic member 8 is arranged between the liquid crystal panel 1 and the casing member 7 in the position enclosing the display region of the liquid crystal panel 1 to form an approximately hermetic space 12 enclosed by the first elastic member 8, liquid crystal panel 1 and the casing member 7. Further, a second elastic member 11 is arranged between the liquid crystal panel 1 and the display plate 9 in position enclosing the display region of the liquid crystal panel 1 to form an approximately hermetic space 13 enclosed by the second elastic member 11, the liquid crystal panel 1 and the display plate 9. The impact is absorbed by the air damper effect of the approximately hermetic spaces 12, 13 and the elastic force of the respective elastic members 8, 11 according to such constitution, by which the impact resistance performance is enhanced.

Then, only the light of the back light device 5 transmitted through the liquid crystal panel 2 is recognized and the recognition of the information is facilitated.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the unnecessary radiation noise generated from the induction hear fixing device, by improving a magnetic induction heating type heating device as a heat fixing device. SOLUTION: The heat fixing device comprises a hollow magnetic induction heating member 1 having a heating means and heats and fixes the unfixed toner images formed on the recording material. The hearing means comprises, as a heat source, an excitation coil 8 of magnetic field generating means which induction-heats the hollow magnetic induction heating member 1 by magnetic field in the hollow induction heating member 1 or in the outside vicinity. The excitation coil 8 is connected to a high-frequency drive power source 13 at the feeding section 22, and the feeding section 22 is all drawn out from the one end in the longitudinal axis direction of the hollow magnetic induction heating member 1. The feeding section 22 drawn out is, if it is made of a plurality of wires, a stranded wire 'a' having one or more of crosses, and this feeding section 22 is connected to the high-frequency drive power source 13 from the excitation coil 8 through a noise-countermeasure component 18 such as a ferrite core or a choke coil.
