Abstract: Granules are provided that are useful for oxidizing applications when the granules are dissolved in the presence of an active oxygen source. These granules include a salt having the structure of formula (I), wherein A, R1, R2, R3, Y and Z are as defined in the disclosure. The salt is carried by, coated with, or admixed with a solid particulate such as silica gel, silicic acid, silicate, aluminum oxide, clay, aluminum silicate, or mixtures thereof.

Abstract: Gránulos útiles en aplicaciones oxidativas cuando sedisuelven en presencia de una fuente de oxígeno activo, que comprenden: una sal que tiene la estructura de la fórmula IEn donde A es un anillo saturado formado por una pluralidad de átomos adicionales al átomo de N1 , el anillo saturado de átomos incluyendo por lo menos un átomo de carbono y por lo menos un átomo de O, S, y N, el substituyente R1 unido al átomo de la estructura de la fórmula I incluyendo, ya sea , (a) un alquil C1-24 o un alquil alcoxilato en donde el alcoxi es un C2-4 , (b) un cicloalquil C4-24 , (c) un alcaril C7-24 , (d) un alcoxi repetitivo o no repetitivo o un alcohol alcoxilado, en donde la unidad alcoxi es C2-4 , o (e) -CR2 R3 CºN en donde R2 y R3 son cada uno H, un alquil C1-24 , un cicloalquil o un alcaril, o un alcoxi repetitivo o un alcohol alcoxilatado en donde unidades alcoxi son C2-4 , Z se encuentra entre el rango de 0 a 10 y en donde Y es un contraión;un sólido particulado a través del cual la sal es transportada o con el cual la sal se encuentra recubierta o mezclada.1Una composición blanqueadora que comprende:(a) los gránulos de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1; y (b) una fuente de oxígeno activo.

These granules include a salt having the structure of Formula I FORMULA I wherein A is a saturated ring formed by a plurality of atoms in addition to the N1 atom, the saturated ring atoms including at least one carbon atom and at least one of O, S, and N atoms, the substituent R1 bound to the N1 atom of the Formula I structure including either (a) a C1-24 alkyl or alkoxylated alkyl where the alkoxy is C2-4, (b) a C4-24 cycloalkyl, (c) a C7-24 alkaryl, (d) a repeating or nonrepeating alkoxy or alkoxylated alcohol, where the alkoxy unit is C2-4, or (e) -CR2R3C 3BOND N where R2 and R3 are each H, a C1-24 alkyl, cycloalkyl, or alkaryl, or a repeating or nonrepeating alkoxyl or alkoxylated alcohol where the alkoxy unit is C2-4, the R2 and R3 substituents being each H, a C1-24 alkyl, cycloalkyl, or alkaryl, or a repeating or nonrepeating alkoxyl or alkoxylated alcohol where the alkoxy unit is C2-4, Z is in the range of 0 to 10, and wherein Y is a counterion.
