Abstract: A splice equipment assembly includes two routing paths along opposite sides of a splice region. The two routing paths do not cross. The two routing paths do not extend circumferentially around the splice region. The two routing paths provide adequate slack to allow a splice tray to be removed from the splice region and moved to a workstation outside of the splice equipment assembly. Multiple splice equipment assemblies can be mounted to the same rack (e.g., at a front and rear of the rack).

Abstract: A telecommunications wall fixture includes a body configured for mounting to a wall, the body defining a mounting surface generally parallel to the wall when mounted. A cable storage spool is rotatably mounted to the body for storage and deployment of cable. A device is used for re-orienting the rotation axis of the spool from being generally perpendicular to the mounting surface to being generally non-perpendicular to the mounting surface, wherein the spool is configured such that the spool can be stored within the body when the spool is oriented to have the rotation axis generally perpendicular to the mounting surface.

Abstract: A bladed chassis system facilitates installation of the bladed chassis system and replacement of the blades at the chassis. Blades can be inserted and removed from the front and/or the rear of the bladed chassis system at the discretion of the user. Blades can be moved between discrete positions. In examples, blades can be one-handedly released from the chassis to allow movement between discrete positions. In examples, accidental movement past a discrete position is inhibited. Accidental removal of the blades from the chassis is inhibited. The chassis and blades cooperate to manage the optical fiber cables routed through a cable port in the chassis to the blades.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to structures and configurations for breaking out fibers from cables and/or securing the ends of protective mesh sleeves to other structures such as brackets, cables and trays/cassettes. The mesh sleeves can be adapted to protect optical fibers that pass therethrough. Abstract: A termination enclosure includes a chassis configured to hold optical terminations and optical splices. The optical splices are mounted to a removable splice drawer. In certain examples, the splice drawer is removed through a rear of the chassis while the optical terminations remain at the chassis. Optical splices can be made at a workstation remote from the chassis and stored in the splice drawer, which is inserted back into the chassis.

Abstract: A panel system includes a front door attached to a chassis by a living hinge. In certain examples, the door also is pivotally attached to the living hinge. The living hinge components can snap-fit to the front door and/or to the chassis. The panel system also may have a mounting bracket that attaches to the chassis without tools to hold the chassis at a rack. The mounting bracket may be mounted at any of multiple predetermined positons along the depth of the chassis.
