Abstract: A sacrocolpopexy support (120, 200) has a head section (130, 230) extending from a first end portion (132) to a second end portion (136), and a leg section (140, 240) having a first leg portion (144, 244) placed on and in longitudinal alignment with a second leg portion (154, 254). A first connector (170, 270) secures the leg section to the second end portion of the head section. A second connector (180, 280) secures the first leg portion to the second leg portion to form a closed joint that defines a space between the first leg portion and the second leg portion. An end of the second end portion of the head section terminates at a location exterior to the closed joint outside of the space between the first leg portion and the second leg portion. The leg section has a middle portion with a fold formed in the middle portion, such that the first leg portion is folded into contact with the second leg portion.
