The second shield pattern and the third shield pattern are electrically connected to each other through the first shield pattern. Abstract: Within a housing portion in which a recessed portion is formed, a circuit board is arranged on the bottom surface of the recessed portion, through a first connecting member. An acceleration sensor is stacked on the circuit board, through a second connecting member.
