Abstract: Un aparato de suministro de agua que comprende: una bomba (1); un motor (2) configurado para hacer girar la bomba (1); un inversor (3) configurado para aplicar un voltaje que tiene una frecuencia variable al motor (2); una válvula (15) de retención colocada en un lado de descarga de la bomba (1); un sensor (16) de presión en el lado de descarga configurado para medir una presión en el lado de descarga de la bomba (1) en un lado de descarga de la válvula (15) de retención; y un controlador (5, 10) configurado para realizar un control de retroalimentación para controlar una velocidad de rotación de la bomba (1) a través del motor (2) y el inversor (3) a base de un valor medido de la presión en el lado de descarga de la bomba (1) para mantener la presión en el lado de descarga a una presión objetivo predeterminada, caracterizado porque el controlador (5, 10) está configurado para almacenar en el mismo un primer valor límite inferior de la velocidad de rotación que es superior a una velocidad de rotación de corte, y un segundo valor límite inferior de la velocidad de rotación que es inferior a la velocidad de rotación de corte, siendo la velocidad de rotación de corte una velocidad de rotación requerida para alcanzar la presión objetivo en un estado de corte, y el controlador (5, 10) está configurado para conmutar un límite inferior de un valor de comando de la velocidad de rotación de la bomba (1) desde el primer valor límite inferior al segundo valor límite inferior si el valor de comando de la velocidad de rotación de la bomba (1) no ha sido superior al primer valor límite inferior de manera continua durante un tiempo de confirmación predeterminado, y determinar que la bomba (1) está en un estado de bajo caudal si el valor de comando de la velocidad de rotación de la bomba (1) es igual o inferior a la velocidad de rotación durante un tiempo de detección predeterminado.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a water supply apparatus that pressurizes water from a water main pipe to supply the water to a building, such as an apartment building, a commercial building, or the like. The water supply apparatus includes a controller (10) storing a first lower limit value L1 higher than a shutoff rotational speed N0 and a second lower limit value L2 lower than the shutoff rotational speed, which is a rotational speed required for achieving a target pressure PA in a shutoff state. The controller (10) is configured to switch a lower limit of the rotational speed of the pump (1) from the first lower limit value L1 to the second lower limit value L2, and determine that the pump (1) is in a low-flow-rate state if the rotational speed of the pump (1) becomes equal to or lower than the shutoff rotational speed N0 within a predetermined detection time.
