    Abstract: The present invention relates to heterogeneous cleaning compositions, methods of employing them, and methods of making them. The cleaning compositions include two or more substances that are unevenly dispersed, and at least one liquid and at least one powder. More specifically, the cleaning compositions comprise more than about 75 wt-% active ingredients. The active ingredients include active cleaning ingredients and active conditioning ingredients, including at least about 20 wt-% surfactant, at least about 20 wt-% sequestrant, and from about 10 to about 25 wt-% active enzyme composition. The active enzyme composition include enzyme, polyol, boric acid salt and from about 0.1 to about 0.4 wt-% of a calcium salt.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for applying a detergent use solution to a washing surface of a motor vehicle, including the steps of: (a) providing a liquid detergent concentrate that includes an active ingredient level from about 0.1 wt.% to about 15 wt.%; (b) introducing the liquid detergent concentrate into a water stream to provide a detergent use solution that includes an active ingredient level from about 0.03 wt.% and 1 wt.%; and (c) applying the detergent use solution to a washing surface of a motor vehicle. In addition, the present invention also relates to a method for washing a washing surface of a vehicle, wherein the method includes: (a) providing a liquid detergent concentrate having an active ingredients level from about 0.1 wt.% to about 15 wt.%; (b) introducing the liquid detergent concentrate into a diluent stream to provide a detergent use solution; and (c) applying the detergent use solution to a washing surface of a vehicle wherein the detergent use solution has a relatively constant active ingredients level over the entire washing surface during a wash cycle.

    Abstract: A method for sanitizing, disinfecting and bleaching laundry is provided. The method includes steps of applying an antimicrobial composition at a pH from about 4 to about 9 in an industrial laundry washing machine for effective antimicrobial efficacy, and thereafter applying a detergent use solution at an alkaline pH for removal of soil from the laundry, and optionally applying a bleach activator and/or catalyst to boost the bleaching component of the antimicrobial composition on the laundry, and lastly draining the antimicrobial composition, the detergent use solution and the bleach catalyst composition from the laundry.
