    Abstract: A swarm intelligence routing robot device includes wherein multiple swarm intelligence robot devices configure a cluster, and the swarm intelligence routing robot device configures and manages a wireless communication network to relay communication between the swarm intelligence robot devices which move in an atypical environment in the cluster, and selects a location thereof in order to maintain a communication state with the swarm intelligence robot devices with which the swarm intelligence routing robot device wants to establish a connection based on a network resource information management of the swarm intelligence robot devices.
