    Abstract: The device comprises a carriage (30) mounted movably on a vertical mast (21) in the vertical direction, a first turntable (36) mounted movably in rotation on the carriage (30) about a vertical axis, a second turntable (45) mounted movably in rotation about a vertical axis on the first turntable (36) and a support (28) for the intervention means, carried by the second turntable (45). The first turntable (36) comprises rotational drive means consisting of a toothed ring (37), a motor means (38) and a drive gear (40) integral with the output shaft of the motor means (38). The second turntable (45) is integral with a toothed circular sector (46) whose pitch-circle diameter is identical to the pitch-circle diameter of the toothed ring (37). The drive gear (40) makes it possible to turn the first turntable (36) and the second turntable (45) in opposite directions and at the same speed. The support (28) and the intervention means (50) thus remain continuously oriented in the same direction during the rotation of the first turntable (36).

    Abstract: The housing (20) exhibits, in its part (20d) emerging in the second component (22'), at least two parts (21) projecting towards the inside of the housing delimiting an axial passage opening of oblong shape. The assembly device includes a screw (1), a nut (2), and a bolt (3). The screw (1) includes a head (6), the transverse section of which allows this head (6) to be engaged inside the oblong opening, in a first orientation of the screw (1) about its longitudinal axis. The axial retention of the screw (1) is provided by a rotation of the screw (1) through 90 DEG about its axis, so as to engage parts for fixing the head (6) of the screw onto the projecting parts (21) of the housing (20). The fastening and tightening of the screw (1) are provided by screwing the nut (2) onto a threaded part (5) of the screw, so as to engage an end part of the bolt (3) on the screw head (6) and to exert tension on the shank (4) of the screw (1) by making the nut (2) and the bolt (3) bear on a shoulder (20c) of the housing (20). The screwed assembly is rendered captive by deformation of small collars (flanges) (32, 33) secured to the nut (2) inside cavities (26, 34) formed inside the housing (20) and on the screw (1) respectively. The invention applies in particular to the assembly of two partitioning walls of a pressurised-water nuclear reactor.

    Abstract: The device comprises an elongate member or mast (21) provided with members for supporting and fastening (22) onto the upper part of the vertical plates (14) of the baffle assembly (13) and a means for attaching (23) the mast (21) to a lifting device at one of the ends of the mast (21) as well as a lower support (24). The lower support (24) carries at least two guide pins (25) intended to engage in two openings (16) of the lower core plate (12) and a plate (44) comprising means for resting on two successive plates (14) of the baffle assembly (13) which are arranged according to a reentrant right angle. The mast also comprises an assembly for fastening and laying flat against the inner wall of the baffle assembly in an angle formed by the two successive bearing plates (14). This assembly comprises a pin mounted movably on the lower support (24) in a transverse direction which engages in an opening (16) of the lower core plate (12) and a mechanism for actuating the movable pin to move it in a transverse direction, so as to bring it to bear on an edge of the opening (16) and, by reaction, to lay the bearing parts of the mast (21) flat between the plates of the baffle assembly (14). The mast (21) is held by being laid flat against the baffle assembly (13) without resting on the lower core plate (12) via its lower part.
