Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat in which, in a vehicle seat with a speaker installed therein, a sound generated from the speaker is less likely to block an passenger in the front seat from receiving other sound.SOLUTION: The vehicle seat has: a seat cushion 10 for the occupant to sit thereon; a seat back 11 for supporting the back of the passenger sitting on the seat cushion, and made reclinable relative to the seat cushion 10; and a line sound source speaker 20 disposed horizontally in the back rest of the seat back 11. The line sound source speaker 20 is provided in such a manner that a diaphragm 21 thereof faces obliquely downward even with the seat back 11 being in the most upright position.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight variation of a vibrating surface by eliminating the need of soldering conducting wire or the like to the vibrating surface. SOLUTION: To feed the power from an external terminal 300 to each coil 56 of the vibrating surface 54 of this vibrating diaphragm 50, ribbon leads 104 and 105 of an extending part 100 of the vibrating diaphragm 50 are curved, pressed and connected to the external terminal 300 of a yoke 14. Thus, a manufacturing processing is simplified. In addition, the weight of the vibrating surface 54 is uniformly distributed, and solder does not adhere along the wire. Since there is little influence on the vibrations of the vibrating surface 54, sound quality is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel loudspeaker appropriately available for a thin-shape audio/image display and an audio/image display including the flat panel loudspeaker. SOLUTION: The flat panel loudspeaker includes:a plate-like diaphragm 1; a group of magnets 2 disposed in one line in such a way that two neighboring magnetic poles 2S and 2N become opposite to each other; a plurality of voice coils 3 arrayed along an array direction of the magnets 2 and formed on surfaces of the diaphragm 1 opposite to the magnetic poles 2S and 2N in such a way that the magnetic flux of the voice coils can cross the magnetic poles 2S and 2N; a yoke 4 which is abutted on the other of the magnetic poles 2S and 2N in the magnets 2 and in which a pair of side edges 4A along the array direction of the magnets 2 are bent toward the diaphragm 1; a frame 5 supporting the diaphragm 1 at an edge of the diaphragm 1 and accommodating the magnets 2 and the yoke 4; a speaker supporting member 6 to which the frame 5 is fixed; and an elastic member 7 provided between the speaker supporting member 6 and the yoke 4. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: Each magnet 12 is disposed between projections 100 on a bottom surface 14A of a yoke 14 so as to be located at a predetermined position. Furthermore, a magnetic pole face of each magnet 12 is adsorbed on the bottom surface 14A with a magnetic force so as to be fixed. Therefore, when performing recycling work after collecting a flat speaker 10 from the market, the magnetic 12 can be easily detached. Moreover, it is not necessary to remove adhesives left on the magnets 12 and the yoke 14, either. Namely, disassembly of the magnets 12 and the yoke 14 is facilitated. In such a case, since no adhesive is stuck, the yoke 14 is melted and can also be easily recycled as metal row materials. Furthermore, since it is enough only to dispose each magnet 12 between the projections 100 on the bottom surface 14A of the yoke 14, manufacturing steps are simplified. Moreover, since it is not necessary to leave the magnets and the yoke until the adhesives are hardened, the manufacturing time is shortened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle sound device having a speaker grille, which has a design surface provided on a front surface of a plane wave speaker unit with voice coils for left and right channels via a front space of predetermined volume, in which sounds of the left and right channels are not mixed in the front space by separating the front space into left and right.SOLUTION: A sound separation plate (rib) 45 is provided at the boundary part between left and right channels in a front space 35, a plane wave speaker unit 30 is fixed, facing passengers in a rear-seat, to a back face of a front-seat, a speaker grille 40 is arranged along an external surface of the back face of the front-seat, and the rib 45 is protruded from the speaker grille 40 towards an inside of the front space 35. Stereo feeling can be maintained since sounds of the left and right channels are separated in the front space 35 by the rib 45 and are not mixed to each other.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker device capable of enhancing rigidity of interior material and transferring vibration of a composite loudspeaker efficiently to the interior material.SOLUTION: The present device is an on-vehicle speaker device 1 mounted on an interior material (ceiling base material 20) of a vehicle, and comprises: a composite loudspeaker 14 that has a loudspeaker part 12 to output a middle-pitched sound and an actuator part 13 to output a low-pitched sound; and a vibration member 15 on which the actuator part is mounted, and which supports the composite loudspeaker and is mounted on the interior material. As for the composite loudspeaker, the loudspeaker part is arranged in a cabin inner side R1, and the actuator part is arranged in a cabin outside R2 in the state where the vibration member is mounted on the interior material.
