PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a command for editing data by making it easier to use. SOLUTION: This system for controlling the display of a screen for editing data is provided with a history recording part for recording the history of a command executed during the edit of data for editing data for each file in which already editted data are stored. In this system, the attributes of a file in which data to be newly editted are stored are acquired, and the file whose attributes are identical or similar to the acquired attributes is selected, and the history of a command corresponding to the selected file is retrieved from the history recording part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase dust collecting efficiency in a disk driving device represented by an HDD. SOLUTION: This hard disk drive is provided with a roughly cylindrical disk housing chamber 12b for housing a disk assembly, a collection chamber 13e including a base 12 having a peripheral wall 12a erected around, and a partition wall 13a for partitioning the disk housing chamber 12b at the base 12, and a top cover 14 functioning as the cap of the base 12. A gasket 15a is provided as a first gasket part between the top cover 14 and the peripheral wall 12a of the base 12, and a gasket 15b is provided as a second gasket part between the top cover 14 and the partition wall 13a of the collection chamber 13e.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the coincidence of the frequency band generated by the peak of the acoustic frequency occurring in the rotation of a spindle motor and the resonance frequency of a damper. SOLUTION: The damper 42 which is mounted at the disk driver and plays a vibration damping function has a flat planar substrate 42a having a joint surface 42d to the disk driver and thick parts 42a and 42c thicker than the flat planar 42a. The selection width of the shape is made wider than that of the conventional flat damper and eventually the regulation of the resonance frequency of the damper at a higher degree of freedom is made possible.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the burden of positioning work in fitting a top cover with a breather filter and to prevent remaining of an adhesive in removing the breather filter from the top cover. SOLUTION: The breather filter 14 is passed through a through-hole of the top cover 3. A flange 15c is formed at the breather filter 14 and this flange 15c is detained to a chamfer 3b of the top cover 3. The breather filter 14 is fixed to the top cover 3 form the outer peripheral surface side of the top cover 3 by a one-side adhesive tape 19.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driver, etc., with which the noise during driving can be effectively lessened and reliability can be enhanced. SOLUTION: First ribs 28 and second ribs 29 are formed near the pivot of an actuator of the hard disk drive 20 to prevent the tilting of the pivot when the actuator is activated. Vibration absorption members 41 and 42 are interposed between the first ribs 28, the second ribs 29 and a cover 22 on a base 21 side such that these vibration absorption members 41 and 42 abut the cover 22. The vibration absorption members 41 and 42 are positioned in the middle between fixing points f1 and f6 of the cover 22 to the base 21 and a fixing point f8 to the pivot.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video projector capably of projecting a video with high resolution while suppressing cost increase and realizing smooth data processing by projecting two videos. SOLUTION: This projector is provided with a light module A5 using one selection type liquid crystal display panel with high resolution converting a P-wave (P-polarized light) and an S wave (S-polarized light) polarized by a polarized beam splitter(PBS) 4 into a video light whose polarized, state is inverted and reflecting the light, a light module B6 using three conventional reflection liquid crystal display panels 3, a frame buffer 13 storing video data with high resolution and a driver A7 controlling drive of the light module A5 based on the video data stored in the frame buffer 13.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video projector whose video quality is improved and whose cost can be reduced by providing a composing projecting means, etc., projecting first and second videos on a screen as a composed video. SOLUTION: Video light reflected by a light module A5 and a PBS(polarizing beam splitter) 4 and video light reflected by the light module B6 and transmitted through the PBS 4 are synthesized by the PBS 4, and the synthesized video light passes through a projection lens 14 and is projected on the screen 15. Thus, light emitted from a light source 1, that is, both P wave (P polarized light) and S wave (S polarized light) split by the PBS 4 can be effectively used by providing the light modules A5 and B6 respectively converting and reflecting the P wave and the S wave polarized by the PBS 4 to the video light whose polarizing conditions are reversed. Thus, the luminance of the video projected on the screen 15 is improved, so that the quality of the video can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
