Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduler by which the schedule corresponding to two weeks extending to the last month or the next month can be simultaneously watched, securing a front size which is easy to be seen. SOLUTION: When the key input for a zooming is performed, the calendar that a week is added to the calendar 28 corresponding to one month is displayed. When a specified day 22 exists in the first half of the month, the last week of the last month which does not include the current mouth is added. When the specified day 22 exists in the second half of the month, the first week of the next month which does not include the current month is added. By a zoom release key 26, the display is returned to an original display. In other enforcing modes, the calendar shifted with the week including the specified data 22 as a center is displayed when the key input for a centering is performed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to discriminate which application program is being activated only by glimpsing at a list display of an icon with moving picture displaying the icon of the application program being activated. SOLUTION: When a task manager 10 is executed, execution flags 11 of all the application programs are cleared and a launcher 12 is loaded and executed. When the task manager 10 loads an application program, it sets the execution flag corresponding to the program and, when the application program is completed, the execution flag corresponding to the program is cleared. The execution flag 11 is changed by the task manager 10 and is referred to by an icon display part of the task manager 10 and the launcher 12. Thus, the icon display part of the launcher 12 can know whether or not each application program is being executed by referring to the execution flag 11.

Abstract: Provided are a method and system in which the icons of running application programs can be easily identified, and even beginners can easily understand how to close application programs. The icons of application programs which are not running are displayed by still pictures as is known, but the icons of running application programs are displayed in animation which changes periodically, thereby to enable the running application programs to be identified at a glance of the displayed list of icons. Further, when an application program is run, a stop button having a function of closing the application program is displayed near the icon of the application program in the displayed list of icons, and the application program can be closed by simply clicking the stop button, so that even beginners can easily perform the closing of the application program.
