Abstract:
A method ( 50 ) of dynamic creation of service flows includes exposing ( 51 ) a flow of a service being built to other service providers in a network, soliciting ( 52 ) for modification of at least a portion of the flow, and selectively enabling ( 56 ) other service providers to modify at least a portion of the flow. The step of soliciting can optionally include advertising ( 53 ) BPEL files to indicate flows or portions of flow that are modifiable by other services providers and tagging ( 54 ) such BPEL files to indicate such modifiable or reusable portions of the flow. The BPEL files can also be published ( 55 ) in a UDDI-like directory. New flows can be created by incorporating ( 57 ) the modifications into at least a portion of the flow. Optionally, solicitations for modifications can be removed ( 59 ) once the new flow is created.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for improving extensibility and performance of a voice browser. SOLUTION: In a distributed voice browser, a plurality of service processors which are constituted so as to interpret analyzed voice markup language are arranged, and a plurality of voice markup language parsers, which are constituted so as to retrieve and analyze voice markup language data showing telephone service are arranged. A method for processing an active call by using the distributed voice browser can be included. The plurality of service processors and the plurality of markup language parsers can be registered in at least one session managers. As a result, constituent of received telephone service request is distributed to the voice markup language parsers, and analyzed voice markup language data can be distributed to the service processors. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system, and a computer program for dynamically improving performance of an interactive voice response system (IVR) using a complex event processor (CEP) in order to analyze problematic events which a user encounters. SOLUTION: Problematic event data for problematic events that occur during interaction between the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and a caller can be captured. The problematic event data can be analyzed for performance issues. A performance issue can represent an interactive segment of the IVR system operating at an unacceptable performance level. An IVR performance improvement action can then be determined to resolve the performance issue. The IVR performance improvement action can be conveyed to the IVR system. Execution of the IVR performance improvement action by the IVR system can reduce the occurrences of the problematic events associated with the performance issue. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for adding an LDAP protocol to a present directory assistance(DA) system. SOLUTION: This method for mapping a light weight directory access protocol(LDAP) interface to a directory assistance(DA) system comprises a first step for extracting an LDAP compatible retrieval argument for retrieving an LDAP database from an LDAP request, a second step for converting the LDAP compatible retrieval argument into a DA system database compatible retrieval argument, a third step for collating the DA system database by using the converted retrieval argument, and a fourth step for receiving the result set of a list from the DA system database in response to the collation, thereby converting the result set into the LDAP compatible result set.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide voice over IP mobile roaming which uses SIP REFER. SOLUTION: In a method which performs roaming between a mobile network and a radio network in a mobile communication device, a step may be contained which establishes voice-over Internet protocol communication link with an end point, to which telephone conversation is carried out. At least a part of the telephone conversation is carried out via a wireless network. Further, the method may include a step which starts handoff of at least a part of the telephone conversation from the radio network to the mobile network by using a session starting protocol REFER method, and a step which continues telephone conversation, by using not the radio network but rather the mobile network, regarding at least a part of the telephone conversation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating a Web page including secure information and to provide a system to execute the method and a computer- readable recording medium. SOLUTION: The method for generating a Web page having secure information includes a step where linking at least one pair of related field names assembles a 1st linked string, a step where encrypting the 1st linked string produces an encrypted string, a step where encoding the encrypted string generates a displayable character string, a step where the displayable character string is related to a name, and a step where the name and the displayable character string are allocated in an HTML source code.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the solution of a problem that interactions over different channels for adjusting different modes of interactions are not synchronized but are still separated and therefore, it is impossible for an end user to freely switch between modes of access to services in an NGN network. SOLUTION: The disclosed method includes the steps of: establishing, on behalf of a caller to a single session for a call center service, a voice channel and a visual channel of access to a single session; receiving caller provided information over the visual channel; updating a model for the single session with the caller provided information; and synchronizing the model with the voice channel of access so as to navigate a voice view for the voice channel according to the caller provided information updated to the model. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion of voice-over-IP media control messaging into mobile control channel signaling using a voice-over IP gateway. SOLUTION: A gateway serving as an interface between a mobile network and a wireless network can be configured to send a signal strength indicator to the mobile network thereby causing the mobile network to recognize the gateway as a valid path for handing over a call. The wireless network can be configured according to one of the 802.11 wireless communications protocols. The gateway can route the call from the mobile network to a wireless access point of the wireless network via a packet-switched network, such that the call is conducted via a wireless communications link with the wireless access point. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for determining the accuracy of a speech recognition system. SOLUTION: A 1st graphical user interface (GUI) is provided to select a transaction log. The transaction log has at least one entry, which specifies a speech recognition text result. A 2nd GUI is also provided to select at least one audio segment corresponding to the entry. The 2nd GUI includes an activatable icon for initiating transcription of the audio segment through a reference speech recognition engine to generate a 2nd text result. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
