Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing nanograins. SOLUTION: This method contains a step in which a metallic precursory soln. is formed from a transition metal, a step in which this metallic precursory soln. is injected into a surfactant soln., a step in which the soln. is added with a coagulant and nanograins are precipitated from the soln. without causing permanent coagulation and a step in which the nanograins are added with a hydrocarbon solvent ad the nanograins are redispersed or converted into a colloid again.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method obtained by combining a crystalline dielectric material with a silicon process. SOLUTION: This method includes a step of depositing a plurality of nano-particles included first in a solvent on a substrate so that the nano-particles form a single layer on the substrate, and the nano-particles are cladded with an organic surfactant and have relative dielectric constants greater than 10 to form a thin film on the substrate which is electrically insulative. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a porous dielectric of low dielectric constant having uniform dielectric property throughout the body and the peripheral surface. SOLUTION: A mixture of a solvent, sacrificial nano particles 13 in first quantity and structural nano particles 11 in second quantity is prepared first. The structural nano particles 11 contain organic components. The mixture is concentrated to form a lattice structure with scattered sacrificial nano particles 13. The structural nano particles 11 are fused to make the structural nano particles 11 and the lattice structure rigid. The sacrificial nano particles 13 are removed from the lattice structure to leave cavities in the lattice structure. Finally, the surfaces of the cavities are coated with a hydrophobic material. A device constructed in this method is also described.
