PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform additional processing in relaying data communication without worrying about the delay of transfer of a server's response to a client's access request. SOLUTION: A relaying device for relaying data communication between a client and a server comprises a receiving part for receiving an access request from the client to the server, a determination part for determining whether fixed time and more is required up to the transfer of a server's response to the access request to the client or not, a temporary response part for transmitting a temporary response message for reporting the separate transmission of the server's response from the relaying device to the client in response to a determination result indicating the requirement of the fixed time and more, and a transfer part for transferring the response to the client in response to a state that the server's response can be transferred to the client. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a session between a client device and a plurality of server devices. SOLUTION: A system for managing a session has: a reception part for receiving a request to each of the plurality of server devices from the client device in substitution of the server device; a decision part for deciding whether the session between the client device and each of the plurality of server devices is maintained or not according to the reception of the request to one of the plurality of server devices from the client device; a cutting part for cutting the session between the client device and each server device different from the server device among the plurality of server devices on the condition that the session is already cut between the client device and at least one server device of the plurality of server devices; and a transfer part for transferring the received request to the server device of a destination of the request on the condition that the sessions between the client device and all of the plurality of server devices are maintained. Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the collective evaluation of a large-scale application or a plurality of applications easier by replacing an original call with a call through an observing means in an application for calling such a module as the external module, etc., and acquiring and keeping statistical information on the original processing. CONSTITUTION: Applications 101 and 102 to be evaluated are applications which call external modules and acquire statistical information at execution time. An outside service provider 103 provides service to the applications 101 and 102 by calling external modules from the applications 101 and 102. A statistical information observing means 104 acquires and keeps the statistical information on the call and observing means 105 and 106 forcibly exchange the call to the provider 103 with a call through the observing means 104. An observation application 107 controls the observing means 104 and displays the statistical information kept by the means 104.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of recording an operation log which is useful, visual, and intelligible for an audit or the like. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a response reception section for receiving a response which a server has transmitted to a client, the response including content for directing data input to the client; a response transmission section for transmitting, to the client, a response including an identifier for identifying content corresponding to the request; a logging database in which the content and the identifier are associated and recorded; a request reception section for receiving the request which the client has transmitted for the response to the server, the request including input data to the content and the identifier; and a content synthesis section for synthesizing the input data extracted from the request with content retrieved from the logging database using the identifier extracted from the request and for recording the resultant in the logging database. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure system statistical information over a plurality of components composed on a single node. SOLUTION: This echo server of the present invention prepares a reception server socket based on the information of correspondence relations between a plurality of components in a computer. The server is provided with a socket preparing part 210 for preparing a client socket which is a special socket succeeding the information of the reception server socket when data are transmitted, a thread preparing part 230 for connecting a stream acquisition part 220 for acquiring a transmission line acquiring the data transmitted and received between the components with the stream to prepare a transmission path, and a transmitting execution part 240 for transmitting the data acquired through the thread to a component which is an original destination. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To explain each function with rich graphics even when the kind of functions required for a software is increased. SOLUTION: Plural function areas 201-231 are defined in an area 200 for composite icons. Appearance images are related to respective function areas 201-231, and on a function area where a mouse pointer is located, the appearance image related to that function area among the function areas 201-231 is displayed as the appearance image of a composite icon. Besides, functions are related to respective function areas 201-231, and when there is mouse click in a certain function area, the function related to that function area among the function areas 201-231 is executed. This set of function areas 201-231 can be changed by operation for changing the size of the composite icon or switching the system of function groups or the selection of an object to be operated.
