Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a fluid cooled hat which is easily manufactured and superior in consistency with a to-be-cooled material. CONSTITUTION: A flexible cold sheet 14 which has a positional relationship for transmitting heat with respect to a component 48 radiating heat, and flexible manifolds 18 and 20 bonded to the cold sheet, which have a means for guiding a fluid in a topologically parallel and branched stage are provided, and the cold sheet is made consistent with the component by utilizing the flexibility, and heat is transmitted between the component and a fluid flowing in the manifold.
