Abstract: PURPOSE: To make a device small and thin, while executing a shock absorbing countermeasure by permitting a flexible cable to constitute an absorbing material at one end side of a fixed disk storage device, to support the fixed disk storage device. CONSTITUTION: The fixed hard magnetic disk storage device 2 is covered by an external box 6 and a connector 7 for executing electric connection to the storage device 2 inside the external box 6 is provided at one end of the external box 6. One end side of the storage device 2 is supported between the connectors 7 and the storage device 2 through the use of the flexible cable 11, and the other end side of the storage device 22 is supported by shock-absorbing materials 12 and 13 having elastic force opposing the elastic force of the flexible cable 11. Thus, the cable 11 is the supporting material of the storage device 2 and, at same time, plays the roll of the shock absorbing material for absorbing a shock added to the storage device 2.

SOLUTION: The evaluation system includes: a marker generation section 110 which generates a marker to be displayed while being superimposed in an evaluation range from a coordinate value, input for evaluating a motion picture, designating the evaluation range and distributes the motion picture after adding the marker thereto; an image generation section 120 for generating an image of the evaluation range in every lapse of a fixed time from an input time of the coordinate value; a determination section 130 for comparing two images disposed side by side in the order of times form the input time to calculate similarity of the two images and determining whether or not the similarity is settled within an allowable range; and a decision section 140 in which, when it is determined that the similarity is not settled within the allowable range, the time of an image at the earlier time between the two images is decided as a time to extinguish the displayed marker.
