Abstract:
An interactive method, a user terminal and a communication system am provided for multimedia message services. The method comprises the steps of receiving a multimedia message from a server; generating a page displaying or playing the multimedia message at a user terminal, wherein one or more controllers are embedded into the displayed or played multimedia message and associations between said controllers are defined; and triggering at least one action event and performing a corresponding action in response to the operations of one or more controllers. A response message fed back to the server is automatically generated at the user terminal, and an optimized multimedia message interface is provided for the user, a local interaction and a interaction between the terminal and the back end service can be flexibly realized.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smart card interface device. SOLUTION: The smart card interface device is the one to be installed inside the extension slot of a hand-held device. A system is constituted of the smart card interface device which comprises a host interface unit to be connected to an input/output port in order to exchange a serial communication data signal and a clock signal with the input/output port comprised in the extension slot of the hand-held device, a first smart card connector for electric connection to a first type smart card, a first smart card interface unit for driving the connected first smart card and a protocol implementation unit for controlling respective constitution elements.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus, a reception apparatus, a transmission method, a reception method and a transmission/reception system for supporting an application based MMS. SOLUTION: A body of an increment MMS includes a dynamic data section of the MMS, a static data indicator related to the MMS, and a link tag between static data and dynamic data indicated by the static data indicator. The quantity of messages to be transmitted can be decreased. It is because a modified portion of the increment MMS is directly transmitted via a short message channel in a dynamic data mode. The increment MMS can be transmitted not via an MMS channel but via the short message channel by reducing messages to be transmitted, so that communication costs are further reduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dynamic machine synthesis method for implementing effective wireless device access and management through integrated device capabilities. SOLUTION: With the method, simple devices can be integrated into a dynamic machine (DM) so as to provide an end user with integrated access and management methods, thereby providing true flexibility and convenience. Thus, complex applications or service requirements can be satisfied with a group of simple devices. Devices themselves are no longer treated as individual devices but as the constituent components of a DM. The method also provides a new approach for solving complex problems by using dynamic machine instead of designing and manufacturing new real machines, people could just build DMs in time of need and disassemble them whenever they are no longer needed with little cost. A multimedia messaging system for receiving/sending multimedia messages, includes: a wireless LAN; and a MMS gateway. The MMS gateway performs: receiving/sending the multimedia message to/from a MMS user device via the wireless LAN; and encrypting the multimedia message. The encryption is performed by: issuing a certificate to the MMS user device; sending a session ID and a master key encrypted by the MMS gateway's private key to the MMS user device in response to a request of the MMS user device having the certificate; generated a shared secret key using an algorithm combining the master key with the MMS user device's phone number and the session ID; and encrypting the multimedia message using the shared secret key.

The present invention relates to a mobile phone and a method for its operation and control. The mobile phone is capable of receiving the message sent by other mobile phones through a message transmission system. The method comprises: receiving the message from another mobile phone, wherein the received message comprises a presentation part and an associated control part, the control part being used for the control and management of the processing of the received message; extracting the control part from the received message; and executing the operation related to the message based on the extracted control part. According to an embodiment, if the control part received by the mobile phone comprises the notification mode control command, the mobile phone issues a message notification according to the notification mode control command, disregarding the message notification mode pre-configured on the mobile phone. Thus the requirement of the sender personalized message service can be satisfied.
