Abstract: The power semi-conductor module comprises a ceramic carrier (9) with a structured metalization (50) on one side, a first semi-conductor chip (10) which comprises a semi-conductor element and which is located on the structured metalization, a second semi-conductor chip (20) comprising control electronics to control the first chip and which is located on the structured metalization, and at least one thin-wire bonding connection (2,3) formed between the structured metalization and the second chip.
