Abstract: The device has an arm supported at an anchoring holder, and a pulling cable (63) with a coupling end (631), which is coupled with a locking element i.e. bolt (53). An intermediate segment is extended along a guide path and is ended in an actuating end. The actuating end is coupled with the arm such that the pulling cable is tightened against pretensioning of a tensioning element (54) i.e. compression spring, by actuating the arm relative to the anchoring holder. The locking element is displaced from a locking position into a releasing position.
